Senior Day Info
May 12, 2021 is Senior Day!
8:30 am Group Photo at the Gazebo in White Point Gardens on the Battery. (White Point Garden, 2 Murray Blvd, Charleston, SC 29401)
- Seniors arriving by school bus routes should meet at 8am by the bus to get a ride to White Point Gardens.
- Seniors driving themselves may meet at 8:30am for our Group Photo at White Point Gardens. Scholars not on time will not be included in the picture.
- For photo, seniors should have on a mask with no words or symbols, a white shirt, and jeans with no rips or frays.
- Remember, there are no bathroom facilities near White Point Gardens.
9:30 College and Career Signing Day at CCSMS Gym
- We are looking forward to celebrating your college, career, and military decisions at this event. All seniors are welcome to join us in the gym in the bleachers. Participation in the signing event is optional.
- A photographer will be present and we will live stream the event.
- No family members or guests are allowed.
10:00 am for Cap and Gown Distribution at the CCSMS Gym
- Caps and Gowns will be distributed to seniors at the conclusion of the College and Career Signing Event.

Some FAQs:
Who can come?
- This event is just for our graduating seniors. We will not have guests or dates from other grades or schools.
How much are the tickets?
- Free event. No cost to our seniors.
What do we need to wear? Is it formal?
- We know many of you want to dress up. That is great and you are welcome to dress up in more formal attire, but it is not required. We just want you to have a fun night with all of you together (safely distanced with masks on).
Where is it going to be?
- We will be in the back quad of the school "under the stars."
Will this event follow Covid protocols?
- Yes, scholars will need to wear a mask during the event.
- Spacing should be followed including during any games or activities.
- We will have a DJ, but dancing will be very limited.
Will there be a photographer?
- Yes, we will have someone taking pictures with a backdrop and informal pictures.
Senior Awards Night
May 27, 2021 Senior Awards Night - Form for Ticket Requests
- 7pm at Charleston Music Hall, arrive early to park in the area.
- Every senior receives an award or honor.
- The number of seats for family members per scholar will be shared next week.
- Seating will be spaced and assigned.
- Clear bags required.
- No balloons, signs, or noise makers allowed.
- No outside food or beverage except for clear water bottles.
- More details will be shared closer to the event.
Graduation
June 5, 2021 - GRADUATION - Form for Ticket Requests
- Graduation will be held at Hagood Stadium at the Citadel from 7pm to 8pm
- Scholars will receive 20 tickets for family and friends to celebrate them.
- Seating will be assigned
- Babies under 1 may sit on a lap all others will count as one of the 20 tickets.
- Clear bags required.
- No balloons, signs, or noisemakers allowed.
- No outside food or beverage except for clear water bottles.
- Parking will be in the Citadel stadium spaces and in the general area.
- More details will be shared.
