    Yes, these are non-uniform days, but we still have a dress code to follow.

    It will be a cell phone free environment.

    Remote learners will log into Canvas.

  • Vaccines available for scholars 16 and over

     
    Fetter is partnering with CCSD to provide Covid-19 vaccines to scholars 16 and over. This is optional.
     
    The first round will be on Wednesday, May 5, 9am to 11am in the gym.
    The second round will be Wednesday, May 26, 9am to 11am in the gym.
     
    High school scholars 16 and over are eligible to participate.
     
    This will allow us to have an accurate headcount for Fetter.
     
    You will also need to complete the consent form which will also be emailed to you when you complete the signup form. The consent form can be brought with the scholar on Wednesday or emailed to us at frontoffice@charlestonmathscience.org.
     
    Scholars signing up for the vaccine may ride the bus or drive themselves. They can remain on campus on Wednesday or may return home if they are not scheduled to be here for Workshop Wednesday.

  • E-learning Day Thurday, April 1

    There will be an e-learning day on Thursday, April 1 due to CCSMS Staff scheduled for vaccines with CCSD and MUSC.

  • Semester 2 - Starts on Thurday, January 7

    We are looking forward to Semester 2 starting.

    We will be learning remotely with live instruction with our teachers following our normal bell schedule. Scholars should check their email for links to their classes.

Welcome to CCSMS

The Charleston Charter School for Math and Science offers an advanced curriculum in science and mathematics to 6th to 12th grade scholars living in Charleston County.

Our project-based learning model brings math and science to life and provides a hands-on curriculum that utilizes the best of the Lowcountry’s scientific and natural resources.

In addition to core curriculum classes, courses are offered in six career pathways.
